Once your estimate is approved, we proceed with ordering any necessary parts for the repair and coordinate a drop off date that works for you; rental car arrangements can be set up as well. When you drop off your vehicle, we will inspect your vehicle for any damage not related to the loss and make sure you are aware, as well as document  your mileage and gas level. If you choose to get a rental, we will do the Enteprise Rental Agreement and the rental car inspection with you. 

Your vehicle is then assigned to a technician that will disassemble and inspect your vehicle for any hidden damage that could not be seen during the initial estimate. If more repairs are needed, we will contact you and your insurance company to approve the additional repairs.

Updates on any changes will be made to you throughout the entire process.
